Our Story

The team at Z Analysis Innovations has been involved in mainframe development, analysis and migrations for over 50 years.  For the last 35+ years, that focus has been extremely focused on analysis and migration, with the opportunity to work with over 200 client companies.  Over that time, the tenets of the way that zAI Parser and zAI Analyzer work have been tested on over 800 million lines of mainframe source code.

The focus during that time has been centered on the way that mainframe applications are unique.  Over the years, the internal tools that are the basis of the zAI methodology have been created by detailed analysis of actual IBM documentation.  Recognizing that different developers can develop code with completely different patterns, the zAI tooling has been built with the concept of lexically parsing source code so that difference in development patterns was not important to the way  the data is parsed.
